1. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to ensure that all information, including prices, is accurate, we recommend that travelers verify all details and pricing directly with the company before booking.

2. Booking Legalities

  • Age Requirement: Travelers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

  • Agreement: By making a booking, travelers agree to the terms outlined and confirm that the information provided is correct.

3. Booking for Others
When booking on behalf of someone else, the person making the booking will act as the primary contact for all involved parties and is responsible for:

  • Informing others of the terms and obtaining their consent.

  • Handling all payments, changes, and cancellations.

4. Registration Requirement
Travelers must complete a secure registration form within 5 days of booking. Failure to do so may result in the booking being canceled.

5. Confirmation of Booking
Booking confirmation and deposit details will be sent within 1–2 business days.
If any package components are unavailable, travelers will be offered the option to modify or cancel the booking.

6. Pricing Changes
Prices may change before the final payment due to:

  • Changes to the booking requested by the traveler.

  • New or increased government taxes or vendor charges.
    Once the booking is fully paid, the price is locked, except when changes or taxes apply.

Included Services
The services included will vary by package. For full details, travelers should refer to the "included features" list on the package page.

Not Included (Unless Otherwise Stated)
The following are not included in the package price unless specified:

  • Excess baggage fees

  • Advance seat reservations

  • Entry visa fees

  • Optional excursions and extensions

  • Insurance (personal, baggage, travel)

  • Gratuities (tips)

  • Beverages (unless explicitly stated)

  • Any items not listed in the itinerary or included features

  • Personal expenses (e.g., souvenirs, shopping)

Unused Services

  • No Refund: Once the trip has commenced, there will be no refunds for services that go unused, even if the traveler misses parts of the trip.

Itineraries

  • Flexibility: Tour itineraries may change due to the complexities of international travel. Modifications could affect:

    • Routes

    • Schedules

    • Accommodations

    • Transport

    • Activities

  • Efforts to Ensure Equivalence: The company will make efforts to maintain an equivalent or superior experience when modifications are made.

  • No Liability: The company is not liable for any damages resulting from changes to the itinerary.

Major Changes & Cancellations

  • In Rare Cases: Major changes or cancellations may occur due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability).

  • Refunds: While the company will attempt to obtain refunds from suppliers, these are not guaranteed, particularly for non-refundable items like flight tickets.

Force Majeure

  • Definition: Force Majeure refers to unforeseen events that may disrupt travel, including:

    • Weather events

    • Pandemics or quarantines

    • Government actions (e.g., border closures)

    • Wars, civil unrest, terrorism

    • Strikes, equipment breakdowns, natural disasters

  • No Liability: The company will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from these events. Any resulting costs or losses are the traveler’s responsibility.

Acceptance of Risk

  • Acknowledgment of Risks: Travel, particularly to remote or foreign destinations, involves inherent health and safety risks, such as:

    • Physical activities (e.g., ziplining, snorkeling)

    • Watercraft travel (e.g., boats, cruises)

    • High-altitude areas or locations with lower safety standards

  • Personal Responsibility: Travelers are responsible for their own safety, including:

    • Using safety equipment (e.g., seatbelts, helmets, flotation devices)

    • Following safety instructions

  • Limitation of Liability: Dolphin Travelers is not liable for any injuries, damages, or death resulting from non-compliance with safety measures or inherent travel risks.

Emergency Medical Treatment

  • Consent for Treatment: In the event of a medical emergency where the traveler cannot provide consent, the company may contact the traveler’s emergency contacts. If this is not possible, the traveler authorizes the company to consent to necessary medical treatment, which may include:

    • Medical examinations

    • Diagnosis, treatments, and medications

    • Hospital care

  • Risk Acknowledgment: Travelers acknowledge the risks associated with travel and assume responsibility for their safety, including adherence to safety instructions and proper use of safety equipment.

  • Liability: Dolphin Travelers is not liable for risks inherent in travel or activities, unless due to negligence.
